Yup, I have done a few of these in the past and have some amazing results. I am in the process of fighting with Dell because last week when my computer got a blue screen and basically locked me out of my computer I called them for tech support. They said they would try 100% to save the information on my computer but that might not be possible but they did guarantee they would fix it. With that said, they took my cc info and transferred me to the tech person - who in his educated opinion told me I needed to take the computer to a local computer repair service.
